Basketball as a Mission is 100% volunteer driven organization. Every dollar you donate goes directly to the costs of airfare and accommodations for each coach, extra fees for shipping and carrying equipment, and money for food for the children during the camp. In other words….every dollar goes to the mission! Not all organizations can say that.
Because of the great work being done our mission continues to grow increasing the need for more coaches so that each camper gets the attention they deserve. Now more than ever there as an explicit need for monetary donations. Any donation amount is greatly appreciated. Some popular options are outright donations, frequent flier miles, or sponsoring a coach for a trip.

The town of El Cruce gathers in front of Fe y Alegria.
Our trip to El Cruce in 2010 set a camper record with over 200 children. With 15 coaches, our campers received shoes, socks, short and jersey and the girls also received sports bras. There were also goodies for prizes and equipment for the school so that we could leave there knowing our work would carry on.
